We would like to provide you with a brief explanation of our suggestion tool in our Fashion Cloud platform. Follow this step-by-step guide to create and manage suggestions on the platform:

A) Logging in & selecting retailers

  1. Log in to: app.fashion.cloud and go to 'reorder', then select 'suggestions'.

  2. Select your brand.

  3. Choose the retailer you want to send a suggestion to.

B) Creating a suggestion - manual suggestion

1. Click on the ‘create by yourself’ button.

2. Press the ‘add articles’ button.

3. A new window opens with all available articles use the filters to find the right articles:

  • Search for a specific EAN or article number.

  • Filter on season, target group or color.

  • Filter on articles the retailer actually has in store by switching the toggle ‘only with retailer stock’.

  • You can choose the sorting you like: by stock turn, sell through or items sold.

4. Click the ‘plus’ sign for the articles you want to add.

5. If you fold out the articles you can directly put in the suggested amounts.

6. After selecting the articles, click on ‘add articles’.

7. Your selected articles will now be added to the suggestion.

8. If you haven’t added the quantities, click on the article to open the window and add the desired quantities for the suggestion.

9. In this window you also see the current inventory and sales in the past 30 days from the retailer for these articles, as well as stock turn and sell through.

C) Creating a suggestion - smart suggestion

1. If only specific catalogs should be taken into account when creating the suggestion, please go to ‘data manager’ page and open the catalog you want to activate. Click on the three dots to edit and turn the toggle for ‘enable for smart suggestion’ on.

2. Click on the ‘generate’ button on the suggestions page.

3. Our smart suggestion algorithm will now check what should be suggested for this retailer.

4. If there is a suggestion the articles will become visible. Click on an article or fold it out to see the suggested quantities.

D) Adjusting suggestions

1. Click on an article or fold it out to see the suggested quantities. If you click on the article a new window will appear showing you the retailer inventory and recent sales.

2. Adjust the quantities as desired.

3. Add an article by clicking on the ‘add articles’ button in the upper right corner.

4. Or remove an article by clicking on the little trash can '🗑️'.

E) Sending the suggestions

You now have the choice to send the articles as a suggestion or place them directly as an order.

1. Press the ‘direct order’ button to directly accept the suggestion. The retailer will get an order confirmation email.

2. If you need the retailers’ approval on the suggestions, please click on ‘send’.

3. Add a personal message, this will be displayed in the email the retailer receives. This is highly recommended as we see an increase in the acceptance rate if a personal message is added.

4. Check if your contact person is added as a recipient. If not, add them by clicking on ‘edit recipients’.

5. Click ‘confirm suggestion’ to send an email to the retailer.

F) Adjusting the suggestion settings

1. To adjust the suggestion settings, click on 'settings' in the top right corner.

2. You can change the store settings:

  • Turn on ‘weekly suggestions’ if you want our system to automatically create and send suggestions.

  • Fill in the minimum stock turn and sell through the articles in the suggestion should have.

  • Set a minimum order quantity and/or value.

3. Under ‘brand settings’ you can activate suggestions per store.

G) Manage open suggestions

1. When the suggestion is sent to the retailer, it remains visible to you. A black circle with a number will appear next to the retailers’ name. This means the retailer is reviewing your suggestion.

2. When you haven’t sent the suggestion yet but already started it, then a grey circle will appear.

3. After a suggestion is sent you can still make changes to it by clicking on ‘edit’. Don’t forget to send it to the retailer again after changing something.

4. You can keep track of all your suggestions in the ‘suggestion dashboard’ by clicking there in the upper left corner. A new page will open showing you an overview with the open, expired, declined and accepted suggestions.
