With the Auto Restock tool on the Fashion Cloud platform, you can support your retailers by ensuring their bestsellers are always in stock—automatically.
We would like to provide you with a brief explanation of our Auto Restock tool on the Fashion Cloud platform. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up and manage Auto Restock for your retailers:
A) Logging in & selecting retailers
Login to app.fashion.cloud and go to reorder, then select auto restock
Select your brand
Choose the retailer you want to set up or change auto restock for
B) Adding items
Click on the 'add articles’ button on the page or in the upper right corner
A new window opens with all available articles use the filters to find the right articles:
search for a specific EAN or article number
filter on season, target group or color
filter on articles the retailer actually has in store by switching the toggle ‘only with retailer stock’
you can choose the sorting you like: by stock turn, sell through or items sold
Click the ‘plus’ sign for the articles you want to add
If you fold out the articles you can directly put in the desired target stock
After selecting the articles, click on ‘add articles’
Your selected articles will now be added to the list
If you haven’t added target stock yet, click on the article to open the window and add the target stock
C) Adjusting target stock
Click on the article you want to change the target stock from, this opens a new window
Change the number to the desired quantity
By pressing outside of the table it will save automatically
You can also use the copy/paste functionality; click on ‘more actions’ and copy from one article and paste at another
D) Filling in start and end date
In the auto-restock list, go to the item for which you want to fill in the start or end date. Select the item.
Fill in the desired start and/or end date (DD/MM/YYYY)
Use the little arrows in the upper right corner to easily switch between articles.
E) Removing items
Click on the little trashcan to remove articles. You can find this trashcan in the overview page or in the article detail page.
If you want to remove multiple items at once, go to the three dots and click on ‘remove all articles’. After this all articles in the list will be removed. If you have any filters turned on, only the visible articles in the list will be removed.
F) Adjusting settings
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and go to ‘settings’
You can change the store settings:
(dis)able replenishment with the toggle, by default this is turned off so make sure to switch it on when you are ready for orders
change the rhythm: weekly, twice a week, daily, every other week
set a minimum order quantity and/or value
Go to brand settings when you want to activate auto restock on a store level
G) Pausing automatic replenishments
You can pause the auto restock per store for a specific time or indefinite; go to settings and turn off the ‘auto restock’ toggle - fill in a resume date when you only want to pause it for a specific period of time.
You can also choose to pause certain items, please use the start/end date functionality for that:
a. Click on the article you want to pause. A new window will unfold
b. Fill in an start or end date to pause the item from being replenished. We will continue replenishment after the start date has passed or until the end date
H) Copying to other stores
Add all items including target stock to the auto restock list.
Go to the three dots and after click on ‘copy to other stores’
Select the stores to which you want to copy the list and confirm by clicking on 'copy'. Both the items and the target stock will be copied.
It is possible to export the list of articles that are set up for auto restock, by clicking on the three dots and afterwards on export to PDF.
