For Sales: how to share the self-service Digital Showroom with retailers?

A significant portion of preorders can be streamlined through self-service, creating value for both brands and retailers.

The Self-Service Showroom (MVP) enables Sales reps to share a Digital Showroom presentation with retailers. Retailers can independently review the presentation, browse the collection, adjust selections, and submit a draft order - while you stay in full control and final approval.

Think: a true digital showroom experience in a simplified way for your retailers.

Your benefits

✔ Serve your long-tail customers easily through the self-service showroom

✔ Free up time to focus on strategic, high-value accounts

✔ Empower retailers with autonomy in a fully digital, branded experience

✔ Keep full control over brand storytelling and commercial guidance

How does it work?

1. Build and share your Digital Showroom presentation

  • Build or duplicate your Digital Showroom presentation as you normally would for your retailer (with or without slides).

  • Set commercial guidelines such as Budget, Minimum Order Value, or Minimum Order Quantity to steer the retailer’s order.

  • Share the presentation securely with your retailer via a link or email:

    • A secure, time-limited link (valid for 30 days) is generated automatically

    • Access is restricted to approved email addresses only

Build or duplicate your presentation

You can add order targets via the 'Manage Selections' menu

Open the main menu and click on 'Share Presentation'

2. Your retailer accesses the presentation securely

  • Your retailer receives an email invitation with the presentation link

  • Access is confirmed via a one-time email code (no login or account needed)

  • The presentation stays private, secure, and fully under your control

Your retailer receives an email including a link to the presentation

A one-time email code will be sent to the email address, after which your retailer can access the Digital Showroom

3. What your retailer can see and do

Retailers access a simplified Digital Showroom experience, designed for fast ordering. They can:

  • View your presentation (if slides are included)

  • Browse the catalog and view product details

  • Add or remove items from their selection

  • Enter order quantities and build the draft order

  • Review order insights (depending on which data points the sales rep chooses to make visible)

Note: Retailers can interact with the collection and order, but cannot edit the slide presentation.

4. Sales rep review & final approval

  • Retailers submit their order as “Draft – Ready for Review”

  • Orders are never automatically sent to your ERP

  • Sales reps review, adjust if needed, and submit the final order as usual

5. Track the order status

You will receive an email when the draft order is ready to review.

Each presentation is automatically labeled so you always know the order progress:

  • Ready for review - the retailer submitted the draft for your approval

  • Last sent date, time- you have submitted this order (you can do this multiple times and orders don't get updated, but send again).

If the retailer makes changes after submitting, the status updates automatically.

⚠️ Avoid editing at the same time

If a sales rep and retailer edit the same order at the same time, changes may be overwritten. Always ensure only one person edits the order at a time.
