Fashion Cloud - Self-service digital showroom for Retailers

The Self-Service Showroom (MVP) enables you as a retailer to review a brand’s Digital Showroom presentation independently. You can browse the collection, adjust your selections, and submit a draft order to the brand - all in a fast, streamlined way.

Think: a true digital showroom experience, simplified for easy ordering.

Your benefits

✔ Review collections anytime, anywhere - without waiting for a sales meeting

✔ Build your order at your own pace and easily adjust selections

✔ Get a clear overview of products, pricing, and key details in one place

✔ Submit a draft order quickly, while the brand keeps final approval

How does it work?

1. Receive a Digital Showroom invitation

  • A sales rep from the brand shares a Digital Showroom presentation with you via email or link

  • You receive a secure, time-limited link (valid for 30 days)

  • Access is restricted to approved email addresses only

2. Access the presentation securely

  • You open the link directly or from the invitation email

  • Access is confirmed via a one-time email code (no login or account needed)

  • The presentation stays private, secure, and brand-controlled

3. What you can see and do

You access a simplified Digital Showroom experience, designed for fast ordering.

You can:

  • View the brand’s presentation (if presentation slides are included)

  • Browse the collection and view product details

  • Add or remove items from your selection

  • Enter quantities and build your draft order

  • Review order insights (depending on what the brand makes visible)

Note: You can interact with the collection and order, but cannot edit the slide presentation.

4. Submit your draft order for review

  • Once ready, you submit your order as “Draft – Ready for Review”

  • Orders are not automatically placed

  • The sales rep from the brand reviews and submits the final order

  • Once submitted, you will receive the order documents in your email

⚠️ Avoid editing at the same time

If you and the brand edit the same order at the same time, changes may be overwritten. Always ensure only one person edits the order at a time.
