1. To start, log in to your Fashion Cloud account and click on the gear icon on the top right. Now select Clara Users in the sub menu.

Please note: You have to set up a store before you can create a Clara User.

2. Under the Add user section you can create a new user for the Clara App. Simply fill in all the fields such as First & Last Name, Username and set a password.

If you have multiple locations you have to select the branch of the user you are creating. This is also the branch the order will be sent to.

Finally click on Add user.

You will now be able to log in to the Clara App using the username and password you just set up.

3. Under List of users, you can view all your users and delete them if necessary.
