How do I manage the contact person of a brand?

As a brand you can specify a variety of contact options:

  1. Main contact for general requests

  2. Contact for retailer access requests

  3. Contact for an order summary at the end of the day via the order area or Clara

  4. Contact which is informed about changing retailer details, e.g. a new GLN

Please note: You can only change these settings as a member with the user roles “Brand Manager” or “Admin”.
