Brands decide which retailers may access their image material. Brands also have the option of restricting use to certain usage channels (print, e-commerce, social media, etc.) and the period of use.
In the terms and conditions, the retailer agrees to comply with the usage rights specified when downloading the material. Retailers may use all image material displayed to them within the scope of these restrictions.
