The order area is set up once on the Fashion Cloud platform in just a few steps. The details can still be changed afterwards.

1. Set up a store

Find the Stores tab by clicking the small gear icon at the top right of the menu. This is where you create stores and manage them. To create a store, click on Create new store.

Enter the required information and click Save. If you do not have a GLN you can also use a Fashion Cloud GLN by ticking the box. Of course you can also edit or delete your existing stores here.

Note: Only after you have created a store, you can request access to brands.

2. Request access

In order to start buying with Fashion Cloud you need the connect to your brands first. Go to BRANDS in the main menu at the top. Use the search bar to find the brand you are looking for. Now click on Connect. Once the brand confirms your request, you will receive an email from Fashion Cloud. This process usually takes 1-2 business days.

After the brand has accepted you, go to My Brands to check which access rights you have been granted. Use the search bar to easily find your brand. By clicking on the small arrow next to the brand you can see your access rights. If you have not been approved for the order yet, you can request it here by ticking the box and then clicking Request access. This will take once again 1-2 business days for the brand to answer your request.

Please note: You will not be able to place orders until the brand has confirmed access.
