The order area is set up once on the Fashion Cloud platform in just a few steps. The details can still be changed afterwards.
1. Set up a store
To set up a store, click the small gear icon at the top right. Choose Stores from the drop-down menu. On the following page you can create stores and manage them. To create a store, click on Create new store.
Enter the required information and click Save. If you do not have a GLN you can also use a Fashion Cloud GLN by ticking the box. Of course you can also edit or delete your existing stores here.
Note: Only after you have created a store, you can request access to brands.
2. Connect with a brand
Go to Brands in the main menu at the top and select Discover brands in the submenu. Use the search bar to find the brand you are looking for. Hover over the desired brand and click on Connect. Once the brand confirms your request, you will receive an email from Fashion Cloud. This process usually takes 1-2 business days.
3. Request access
After the brand has accepted you, go to Brand access to check which access rights you have been granted. Use the search bar to find your brand more easily. By clicking on Edit rights next to the brand you can adjust and request new access rights. For example, if you have not been approved for an order product yet, you can request it here by ticking the box and then clicking Save. This will once again take 1-2 business days for the brand to answer your request.
Please note: You will not be able to place orders until the brand has confirmed access.
