Here is what you need to do, if an item in your order is missing

Sometimes, due to stock issues, some items can't be dispatched by the brand. Usually an item you ordered through us should arrive with express shipping and therefore reach you within 1-3 business days. If your item does not arrive within that timeframe, please contact the brand directly. The brand itself is responsible for processing and shipping the order after we transmitted the order to them, which means we also have no insight into the status of your oder. Please always communicate your order number which usually starts with OA or FC followed by eight digits.

If you didn't receive all ordered items at once, it could also be that the brand sent them in different packages. If this is the case the packages might arrive on different days. To receive more information, please also contact the brand.
