The Multi Download allows you to download multiple product data (product information and images) in one folder including .csv file.

To access the Multi Product Data Download, click on Brands in the main menu. Now select your brand. Click on Content und finally choose Multi Download. Alternatively you can click <a href="https://app.fashion.cloud/#/platform/content/products/bulk-gtin-search" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

Having entered the Multi Download, you have to decide which product code should be used to find the data.

Article number - this is helpful if you don't have EANs available or your system works with article numbers, which you get directly from the brand with your order. Here you run the risk of downloading more than you want, as article numbers can be duplicated among brands.

EAN - (Recommended by Fashion Cloud) and is based on the unique EANs also known as GTINs. If you use this method, you can be sure that you will always get exactly what you want.

Type or copy-paste your EANs or article numbers into the corresponding field. Separate the values with a comma, semicolon, or line break.

Select whether you want to download images only or if you would like to download both, images and .csv file. You can also select the quality of your images here. Original being the highest quality, Small being the lowest.

Finally, click on Download. If your download contains more than one file, you will receive everything in a .zip folder which you have to unpack on your computer first.
