Why isn’t my brand showing in the list?

If you are missing a brand in the auto restock or suggestion page, which you would expect two things might be wrong:

  1. We are not receiving your sales and inventory data for this brand yet. Please activate this in your ERP and make sure you use the brands' official EAN codes for the articles. This is mandatory!

  2. You don't have access to this brand for reorder (and auto restock), please ask permission to the brand.

If you are still not seeing the brand, please email us on smart.replenishment@fashion.cloud
