To find an overview of all your orders select Reorder in the main menu and then Order History in the sub menu. You will also find orders that brands have placed for you.
Using the search function, you can search by order number, article number or EAN to easily find a specific order.
It is also possible to narrow down the search results using the filters "Brand", "Order Type" and "Order Date".
Our categories help you to view information related to the order:
Date: Indicates the date the order was placed.
Brand(s): Indicates which brand(s) are included in the order.
Store: Indicates which store was selected when the order was placed.
Type: Indicates which order method was used, e.g. Reorder, Preorder, Clara or Auto Restock. Please note we currently can not make a distinction between orders via Suggestions and Auto Restock. Both order methods will be displayed as "Auto Restock".
Placed by: Indicates which user in the account placed the order. The letter icon indicates that it is an order that a brand placed for you. By clicking the letter icon, the brand can be contacted via email.
Article: Indicates how many articles are included in the order.
Admins of the account can view all orders. Users with the role of "Buyer" can see only orders placed by them.
Click on an order for more detailed information.
Here you will find all the items associated with the order with their attributes (size, quantity, etc.) as well as the article specific and the total purchase price.
You will also see all the information related to the order, order number, order type, order date and address of the store. If a brand placed the order you will also see the corresponding email address here.
If the selected order is a reorder, you can add the same order again to your shopping cart via the Order Again button. If some items are no longer in stock, this will be indicated to you and only the items that are currently in stock will be added to the shopping cart. If the button remains gray, it means that none of the articles are in stock.
Download Product Data of your Order
You can easily download product images and attributes belonging to your order by clicking on the 3 dots and selecting Download Product Data.
Now select if you would only like to download images, attributes or both. In case you download images, select the resolution. When downloading attributes, decide if you would like to download them in your account's language or all languages. Once you are set, click on Download.
