The Multi Store Order allows you to place a reorder for multiple of your stores at once.

1. Access the reorder by clicking on Brands in the main menu. Now select your brand.

From here click on Reorder.

Alternatively you can use the search component on the top right to enter the reorder product directly.

2. Now, select the stores you would like to place an order for. In this window, you can also create a new store via the plus icon.

You can adjust the stores you are ordering for at any time by clicking on "Stores" in the top right corner. If you deselect a store which you already added articles to, please note that the articles will be removed.

3. From here you have multiple options to find items:

Please note: You are always searching within the Reorder shop you previously selected.

4. If you have found your article, it is time to set the correct colors, sizes and quantities before adding it to the shopping cart. Within the size matrix there is one column for each store you previously selected. Type in the quantities for each store.

Add your desired articles to the shopping cart by pressing Add to cart. You can now either finalize your Multi Store Order, add more items from the same brand, or even add items from a different brand.

5. To finalize your Multi Store Order, find your Cart on the top right corner. Here you have an overview of all the articles you have added to the shopping cart and your total purchase price. Changing the quantities of articles is still possible here. If you are ordering a large number of articles at once you can filter by Brand, Store and Category. When placing a Multi Store Order it can be convenient to filter by Store as shown below.

Once you are done, place the order by clicking on Order now.

By doing that, a separate order with a unique order number will be created for each store to which you added articles.
