How do I save contacts to receive notifications?

Create New Notification Contact

1. To create or edit a contact to receive notifications, go to Settings via the gear icon on the top right. Now select Notifications from the sub menu.

2. Click on New Notification on the right.

3. Enter your name and email address and select the language which you would like to be notified in.

Under the notification channel (Access Requests, Orders, Store Updates), choose the brand(s) you would like to receive these kind of notifications for.

  • Access Requests: Receive notification e-mails when retailers request access to this brand. At least two persons should be stored to ensure that access requests are processed quickly, even in the event of absences. In the email notification, the GLN is also communicated if the retailer has already stored a GLN on Fashion Cloud. Therefore, colleagues who manage GLNs and customer data should be added here.

  • Orders: Receive order summary e-mails when retailers place an order in the selected brand's B2B shop. Every brand user who places an order also receives this summary.

  • Store Updates: Receive notification e-mails when retailers update their GLN, store address or create a new store. Colleagues who manage GLNs and customer data should be added here.

Finally, click on Save.

Edit Notification Contact

1. To edit a notification contact, click on the pencil icon.

2. Enter the new information and click on Save.
