Accessing Your Landing Page in Fashion Cloud

Once you are logged in to your Brand Account, you can access and manage your Landing Page directly from the Data Manager:

  1. Navigate to the Data Manager tab located in the top navigation bar.

  2. In the submenu, select Landing Page.

  3. If your company manages multiple brands or sub-brands, choose the specific brand for which you want to create or edit a landing page.

You will now be able to start setting up and customizing your Landing Page.

Editing the Cover Image

To upload or change your cover image, click the small pencil icon in the bottom-right corner of the Cover section. This will open an additional menu where you can:

  • Upload the desired cover image

  • Select the language in which the cover should be displayed (e.g. English for your international audience, German for your German-speaking customers, etc.)

Once you've made your changes, click Save to apply them.

Adding Content to Your Landing Page

On the right-hand side of the Landing Page editor, you will find four content categories:

  • Image

  • Text

  • PDFs

  • Catalog

Simply drag and drop the desired element into the editing area below the Cover image to add it to your Landing Page. You can upload files, text blocks, and catalogs and choose where you want to place it.

Once you drag an element into the editor, a corresponding settings panel will open on the right side. Each section allows you to define the language and customize the content displayed to your retailers.

Image Section

When you add an image, the Image Section menu will open automatically. Here you can:

  • Select the language for which this image should be shown

  • Upload the desired image

  • Optionally add a link, so clicking the image redirects users to a specific page

Text Section

Dragging the text element into the page opens the Text Section, where you can:

  • Select the language

  • Add a title for this text block

  • Enter the text content you want to display

  • Optionally upload an additional image to appear within this section

Document Section (PDF Upload)

When adding the PDF element, the Document Section will appear. Here you can:

  • Add a title for the document block

  • Upload up to four PDF files using the Upload File button

All uploaded files will be displayed as downloadable documents for your customers.

Catalog Section

In the Catalog Section, you can:

  • Select one of your available catalogs from the dropdown menu

  • The first 10 products of the selected catalog will then be displayed as a carousel, including a button that links directly to the full catalog

Editing and Managing Your Landing Page

All elements on the landing page can be edited at any time. Simply click on the section you want to update, or remove it by selecting the trash icon.
You can also insert additional elements between existing ones, allowing you to build your page in a fully flexible way. Feel free to experiment and adjust the layout until it fits your needs.

Previewing Your Landing Page

At any time during editing, you can click the β€œView Preview Mode” (eye icon) at the top of the page to see how your landing page will appear to retailers. This helps you verify the structure, layout, and overall impression before publishing.

Saving or Publishing Your Changes

At the bottom of the page, you can choose between the following actions:

  • Unpublish – Removes the landing page from retailer view but keeps your edits saved as a draft

  • Discard Edits – Deletes the changes you made during this editing session

  • Publish Edits – Makes your newly added or updated content visible to retailers

All changes remain saved as a draft until you decide to publish them.
