I have added items from FashionExchange, why don't I see them back in my order?

To add items from FashionExchange to an order, an active internet connection is required. For this we recommend, if possible of course, to use the personal hotspot of your mobile phone. This is in many cases more stable than the wifi connection at the relevant location.
