In order to export an order to the POS system, it is important that both the order and the items are set to 'Complete'. Otherwise it is not possible to export the order. If this is the case, hold down the relevant order for a few seconds and then select 'Export Order'. If the order has been exported successfully, you will be notified of this. After this message, you can import the exported order into your cash register system.
