First, click on For Retailers in the main menu at the top and continue by clicking
REGISTER FOR FREE.

You will now see our sign up form. Please select "Retailer" here.
Afterwards there will be two possible scenarios. Either your company already has an account with Fashion Cloud or you want to create a new account for your company.
Type in your company name to see if it already exists. If it does, select it and click on "Next". If it does not select "Create a new account" and click on "Next".
For that, you will have to scroll down in the drop-down menu if multiple companies are showing up.
We will now go through both cases.
1. Your company already has an account
Enter your First Name, Surname and Email you want to login with in the future. When you are done click on "Send request".
This will notify all admins of your existing account via email and inform them that you would like to be invited to join the account. Once they did, you will receive an email containing a link to complete the registration. If you are seeing this "Thank you" screen it means your request has been successfully submitted to your admins.
If there is significant delay in receiving an invitation and you do not know who your admins are, feel free to send us an email and we will be sure to help you out.
2. Your company does not have an account yet
After clicking "Create a new account" the next page will ask you to enter your information. Once you are done click on "Next".
If you are seeing this "Thank you" screen it means your request has been successfully submitted for us to review.
We will process your sign up request as fast as possible and will notify you via email. Once you received your welcome email, follow the included link in order to set up a password for your account.
Please review your company details and select 'next'. We will now send you a final email to activate your account.
