To get started with Fashion Cloud, first go to our Sign Up page.

You will now see our sign up form. Please select if you are signing up as a Retailer or as a Brand.

If you would like to sign up as a brand and your company is not represented on Fashion Cloud yet, please reach out to sales@fashion.cloud or +49 40 2286 24201.

Type in your company name to see if it is already represented on Fashion Cloud. If it does, select it and click on "Next". If it does not, select "Create a new account" and click on "Next". To do that, you will have to scroll to the bottom of the drop down menu in case multiple other companies are showing up.

We will now go through both cases.

Enter your First Name, Surname and Email you would like to login with in the future. When you are done click on Send request.

This will notify all admins of your account via email that you would like to be invited to join the account. If you are seeing the "Thank you" screen it means your request has been successfully submitted to your admins. Once you have been invited, you will receive an email containing a link to complete the registration.

If there is significant delay in receiving an invitation and you do not know who your admins are, feel free to send us an email and we will be sure to help you out.

After clicking Create a new account the next page will ask you to enter your information. Once you are done click on Next.

On the following page, enter your First Name, Surname and Email you want to login with in the future and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy. When you are done, click on Sign up.

If you are seeing the "Thank you" screen it means your sign up request has been successfully submitted for us to review.

We will process your request and notify you via email. Once you received your welcome email, follow the steps in order to set up a password and activate your account.
