Before you start with the upload, please consider the following:
Upload your images in the highest pixel resolution possible. The DPI number does not matter. Fashion Cloud automatically scales your images to lower resolutions so that retailers can choose from the following sizes for their application purposes.
Thumbnail (200px)
Medium (1200px)
Large (1800px)

If you have your photos in both CMYK and RGB colour spaces, it is best to upload both versions. When both versions are uploaded:
Release the CMYK version only for the Print usage channel.
Remove the checkmark for print in the RGB version.
In order to enable your customers to get the maximum benefit from your marketing material, we advise you to consider the following points and upload file variations.
highest possible file resolution (max. 1GB)
many file formats (e.g. PDF, JPG, TIFF, PNG, EPS, GIF, MP4)
square, landscape, portrait formats
different logos (e.g. negative)
CI guidelines
tag hashtags and article numbers

We recommend proceeding as follows:
Create the terms of use
Create the categories (e.g. logos, campaign images, POS material, videos, social media)
Upload the content per category
Specify the usability period and usage channels
Upload Marketing Material
To upload new marketing material for your brand, go to Content in the main menu. Then click on the brand profile of the brand for which you want to upload marketing material on the left.
Now click New Folder to create a folder where you can upload your material. If you want to add material to an existing folder or edit it, proceed as described under the headline Edit Marketing Material.
Now choose a title for your new folder and add a cover image optionally. Click Save to create the folder.
Select your folder. The Edit Files button will take you to the area where you can upload new material or edit existing material.
To upload new marketing material, click New Files.
You can add images using the Plus Symbol. On the right side you can set all relevant information for your material. Select the Season where the material should be stored.
The Marketing Folder you previously created will be preselected. If you edit an existing folder, it will be preselected as well. Set the all channels for which usage is allowed and add the time period in which the image(s) can be accessed. Click Publish to save the files and make them visible on the platform.
Note: The file name of your marketing material will be displayed automatically. If there is no article number included here, we recommend to enter it manually in the corresponding field.
Edit Marketing Material
If you want to edit your marketing material, click Edit Files in your folder and then click on one of your images.
Now you can adjust the settings on the right side. If you want to edit multiple images at once, simply select multiple images, adjust the settings and click Save when you are done.
Delete Marketing Material
If you want to delete a folder, you can do this by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the folder. Click on Delete Folder to delete the folder and its material.
