Go to Brands in the main menu at the top. Use the search bar to find the brand you are looking for. Hover over the desired brand and click on Connect. Once the brand confirms your request, you will receive an email from Fashion Cloud. This process usually takes 1-2 business days.

After the brand has accepted you, go to My Brands to check which access rights you have been granted. Use the search bar to find your brand more easily. By clicking on Edit rights next to the brand you can adjust and request new access rights. For example, if you have not been approved for an order product yet, you can request it here by ticking the box and then clicking Save. This will once again take 1-2 business days for the brand to answer your request.
