To request new access rights from a brand f.e. Content (Product Data, Marketing Material) or everything regarding Order (Reorder, Preorder, Clara) choose Brands from the main menu and click on My Brands in the sub menu below. Here you can see all the brands you have already connected with. Look for the brand from which you want to request new access rights. Click on the Edit rights button to open the rights management menu.

Tick the option you would like to unlock. Finally click on Save to request access for the chosen option. You can also select multiple products. From here, it usually takes 1-2 working days for the brand to process your request. Once your request has been accepted you will be notified via email by Fashion Cloud.
