To be able to download product images you must first connect with your brand on the platform. If you would like to learn how to connect with a brand click the following link:

Once you have connected with your brand, you can access the product images by selecting Content from the main menu and then Product Images from the submenu. Finally, click on a brand on the left.

Now that you are set up there are multiple ways to download product images.

First select the images you would like to download and add them to the Downloads tab by clicking on the camera icon at the top of each product image. By doing that, you are selecting all images belonging to the article.

Once you have added the desired images to your downloads, you can open them by clicking on the Downloads tab in the upper right corner.

Select the desired download size and then click on Download Images to download the desired images as a .zip file.

You can also download the product data as a CSV file in addition to the images by clicking on Download CSV.

Please note that the shopping cart is not saved. If you close the website or reload it, the shopping cart will be reset.

To download images individually, first click on the image you would like to download. Select the desired resolution at the bottom right by clicking the small arrow and then click the button.

In this view you can use the button Add to your downloads as well to accumulate pictures in your Downloads tab to download later, just as described under point 1.

Download multiple product images and product data in one folder including .csv file via our Multi Download. This can be done via EAN lists.
